We know that a co-housing project like dNM is difficult to finance by commercial capital providers. We therefore ask organisations and individuals to lend between € 10,000 and € 100,000 for a minimum of 20 years for a modest fee. This investment enables resident engagement, and will benefit a diverse, caring and sustainable community that is active in the neighbourhood.
