Who we are
This website is run by Vereniging de Nieuwe Meent (KvK 74985906), Archimedesplantsoen 110, 1098 KB Amsterdam. For questions about this policy or your data, write to info@nieuwemeent.nl.
What this website collects
Very little. The site has no comments, no visitor accounts and no advertising. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working; these are kept for a limited period and not shared.
Cookies
We only use functional cookies, for example one that remembers your language choice. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Visitor statistics
We count page views with Koko Analytics, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses or other personal data, and keeps only anonymous totals (which pages were viewed, and from which websites visitors came). The data is not shared with anyone.
Services from other providers
Some parts of the site come from, or lead to, other services. When you view or use them, that provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy:
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, your e-mail address (and name, if you give it) is stored by Mailchimp, which sends our newsletter. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Mailchimp/Intuit privacy statement
- Agenda — our calendar is shown from Teamup. Teamup privacy policy

- Space rental requests — go through a Google Form. Google privacy policy

If you e-mail us, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep them in our mailbox as long as needed for that.
Members, applicants and bondholders
Personal data of members, housing applicants and bondholders is kept in the association’s own administration, not on this website, and only for as long as our legal and contractual obligations require (for example, for bond repayments).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@nieuwemeent.nl. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
