space rental
The multifunctional space can be booked for meetings, workshops and other non-profit events by neighbours, collectives and organisations that fit our values. We ask for a donation in return. For more public-facing, for-profit or institutional events, contact Woonruimte to rent Noon café in the evenings.
guided tours and presentations
We show our building and present our project to students, professionals, would-be cooperatives. You can either request a special visit or register for a regular tour.
research inquiries
We get many requests from journalists, students and researchers. We are happy to respond, but our time is unpaid: we look for relationships that give something back to the community. Please tell us your question, your timeline and what you can offer.

the solidarity fund
Donations cover some of our operational costs, and the surplus goes into the solidarity fund, which supports members who face exceptional financial difficulties — as a loan or as a gift, depending on the situation.

Right next to Amsterdam Science Park station, nine minutes by train from Amsterdam Centraal. Parking is limited; from P+R Diemen it is three minutes by train. The entrance to the communal lobby and the flex space is at the back of the building, along the train tracks.
accessibility
The café, event space and lobby are on the ground floor, step-free, with an accessible toilet. A lift goes to the flex space and the roof terrace. Only the Woonruimte co-working space is not wheelchair accessible.
