Feest! Je hebt het misschien al in het nieuws gelezen, of op onze social media gezien, de financiering is rond en dat betekent dat we binnenkort gaan bouwen. Na jaren van inzet van onze leden en zowel organisaties als individuen die ons ondersteunden, is het eindelijk gelukt. En dat gaan we natuurlijk vieren 🎉
Op 14 september hebben we getekend voor onze hypotheekovereenkomst, de erfpacht en een lening uit het duurzaamheids- en stimuleringsfonds van de gemeente. In combinatie met de obligaties die we hebben uitgegeven, is de financiering officieel rond. Na veel werk en creatieve oplossingen is het dan zo ver. Vooral onze adviseur Jasper Klapwijk die ons hier doorheen heeft gesleept willen we bijzonder bedanken. En natuurlijk zijn we dankbaar voor iedereen die op wat voor manier dan ook heeft bijgedragen aan het slagen van deze fase van ons project ❤
Feest!
De financiering is rond en dat betekent dat we overgaan op de bouwfase. En dat is natuurlijk reden voor feest! We nodigen je daarom van harte uit op 22 oktober op ons kersverse adres (Archimedesplantsoen 110) van 16:00 tot 18:00. Kom langs 🎉
Reken op een passende ceremonie voor de gelegenheid, drankjes, snacks en op ons uiteraard. Hopelijk tot dan!
dNM bij de Tweede Kamer
Op 11 oktober sprak dNM tijdens een rondetafelgesprek van de Tweede Kamer. Daar deden we drie aanbevelingen: Maak een wettelijke definitie voor een wooncoöperatie; Richt een landelijk fonds in van waaruit wooncoöperaties kunnen lenen tegen gunstige voorwaarden; Bied wooncoöperaties professionele ondersteuning, d.m.v. experts die ze om advies kunnen vragen bij juridische en financiële kwesties en voor cursussen over gemeenschapsvorming, besluitvorming, etc.

Ritueel van water en vuur
Op 8 oktober hielden we al een intieme openingsritueel voor dNM’ers. We hebben een ritueel van water en vuur gezamenlijk uitgevoerd om de aankomende start van de bouw te vieren en dankbaarheid uit te drukken aan de aarde en aan elkaar.

Time to celebrate! You may have already read it in the news, or seen it on our social media, the funding is in place and that means we will start building soon. After years of dedication from our members and organisations as well as individuals who supported us, we have finally done it. And of course we are going to celebrate 🎉
On 14 September, we signed for our mortgage agreement, ground lease and a loan from the municipality’s “duurzaamheids- en stimulering” fund. Combined with the bonds we have issued, the financing is officially complete. After a lot of work and creative solutions, we have finally made it. Above all, we want to give special thanks to our advisor Jasper Klapwijk, who carried us through this. And of course we are grateful to everyone who contributed in any way to the success of this phase of our project ❤
Party!
The financing is in place and that means we are moving on to the construction phase. And that, of course, is cause for celebration! We therefore warmly invite you to our brand-new address (Archimedesplantsoen 110) on 22 October from 16:00 to 18:00. Come and join us 🎉
Expect a fitting ceremony for the occasion, drinks, snacks and us of course. Hope to see you then!
dNM at the Tweede Kamer
On 11 October, dNM spoke at a round-table discussion of the Tweede Kamer. There, we made three recommendations: Create a legal definition for a housing cooperative; Establish a national fund from which housing cooperatives can borrow on favourable terms; Offer housing cooperatives professional support, through experts they can ask for advice on legal and financial issues and for courses on community building, decision-making, etc.

Ritual of water and fire
On 8 October, we already held an intimate opening ritual for dNMers. We performed a ritual of water and fire together to celebrate the upcoming start of construction and express gratitude to the earth and to each other.
